The COVID lockdown has caused a lot of mental health issues, which are getting worse since the war, and the global economic crisis. Adults are out of their comfort zone, children as well. The school environment has changed dramatically. Educators report more and more “aggression” or “anger outburst”, constant disruptions yet are not trained enough to handle them. They need immediate solution.
The increasing disruption is partially caused by the collapse of the systems around us. School is a system too. Therefore re-creating the classroom environment to become resistant to post-COVID negative effects, gives educators a possibility to calm down the kids, and creates a co-operative, inclusive environment, where kids start to support each other, and co-operate.
The only thing educators need to do is introduce some new routines, and some of the tools of the Human Nature Toolkit. In order to make the transition in the classroom as quick and as efficient as possible, I only recommend the use of 3 tools and the routines linked to them. This Program is part of the S-Cool Days Package, but only focuses on the Post-Covid Classroom Management.
It uses proporietary curriculum, and the methods developed by me, technology is only needed for the educators to come to the workshops and learn how to introduce the method at their institutions.

The steps would be:
They should contact me by mail. Than we set up a Zoom meeting, where we would introduce ourselves and clarify their need: what exactly the challenge is regarding mental health or the socio-emotional learning in the classroom? What age range do they work with ? etc. I'll come back with a project plan
