Neha has 15 years of experience in education programs. Educator capacity building, learning experience design and program management are her core skill sets. She considers herself an intrapreneur developing pilots within the organisation around facilitator development and 21st century curriculum focussed on self awareness, technology skills, STEM mindsets and career exploration. She is passionate about building critical thinking skills among young learners, getting them to question and challenge status quo especially from a gender lens.

Currently she leads the schools program within Quest Alliance working with 200,000 students with a focus on adolescent girls. She has a Masters in Social Work and a Bachelor's in Sociology.
