What we do? Collaborate to learn and amplify our ideas and understanding of best practice by dissecting casestudies that have worked in practice.
Why we do it? We are only ever as good as the sum of our collective wisdom. In recognising that none of us individually have the answers to resolve the wicked problems we all face, we open ourselves up to learning form each other so that together we can find ways to navigate the challenges ahead.
Leadership for learning helps us as educators to role model in real time the very learning competencies we demand of our students. By making ourselves vulnerable we augment our own skills and capabilities.
