Dr. Asmaa Al Fadala is an Assistant Professor at the College of Public Policy (HBKU) and the Director of Research at the World Innovation Summit for Education. With over 25 years of experience in K-12 education, higher education, and policy development, she has served as a policy writer, professor, author of books on leadership reform, and board member on educational organizations. Her research interests include leadership for learning, education transformation, entrepreneurship education, teacher professional development, educational reform, innovation in education, and SDGs. Dr. Al Fadala holds a Ph.D. and M.Phil from Cambridge University in Educational Leadership and Policy and has served as an associate policy analyst at the RAND-Qatar Policy institute.
