There is a lack of policies, training courses and publications on the topic of well being in Romania
What does your innovation look like in practice?
The STAR model of well being stays at the basis of a training course I designed for headteachers and tecahers in Romania and the guide I published is the extensive course material
How has it been spreading?
So far, the course has been delivered to hundreds of schools in Romania and the Republic of Moldova, to thousands of teachers, headteachers and parents. The guide on well being in schools is already at its second edition and it is used in many schools in Romania and RM.

Participate in a training course (I have a version in English, too) and read the book I could send to you using Google translate.
