Why did you create this innovation?
To measure 21st Century Competencies in order to empower educators and individuals to support the development of soft-skills in and outside of the classroom.
What does your innovation look like in practice?
The assessment calculator provides an individualized report and school-level report about the 12 competency domains. It is a 20-minute online assessment from which we are able to generate a report. For schools the report also provides important demographic comparisons. We use a strength-based framework to assess the competencies.
How has it been spreading?
Through referrals and partnerships with foundations or other educational groups.
