Mightifier is a comprehensive, positive education program that helps students in mastering their social and emotional skills as they learn to give each other positive feedback based on character strengths. Teachers get a tool for detecting early-stage isolation and bullying cases, while principals and district leaders have a better chance making data driven decisions based on school and district well-being dashboards.
Regular Mightifying in the classroom decreases bullying and reduces stress while improving class spirit and student self-esteem. Teachers can follow the development of student well-being with Mightifier Well-being Pulse which was co-created with teachers to match specifically their needs. This development can be followed on class, school and even district levels.

As of April 2019 Mightifier joins forces with Safer Schools in America Impact Initiative for groundbreaking research
Through the partnership with Safer Schools in America Impact Initiative Mightifier’s positive school culture program will be implemented in schools across the U.S., while driving impact research into school climate and safety. Through the GG4L and McREL Safer Schools for America Impact Initiative grants, totaling $25M for education technologies and services, 500 eligible schools from 250 districts across the country will implement innovative products, including Mightifier’s school culture and safety program. The impact on school safety will be followed and reported quarterly by McREL over the next three years.
