The Grease Police are one of hands-on learning that designed to give exposure to the student on how to shift the awareness of used cooking oil pollution and engage local restaurants and hotels to cut off the used cooking oil black market that is so huge issue in Indonesia.

This not-so-scary police will patrol to local food trucks, restaurants, and hotels to gather the gross oil. And within a month, Bio Bus could collect around 2000 liter of used cooking oil.
