The STEAM Center at Brooklyn Navy Yard used the Graduate Aims Database to design a learning environment where students can develop agency and purpose.

The S.T.E.A.M center at the Brooklyn Navy Yard is being funded through the New York State Education Department’s (NYSED) Socioeconomic Grant Initiative. It is the intention of the grant for schools to collaborate in providing high school academic options that increase student performance at both schools, while increasing socioeconomic diversity at the priority schools.
