SustaINnovate is a group of mothers and educators from Escola Concept who have been meeting since March to learn about the Human-Centered Service Design, which aims at creating a service focused on the need for a specific group of people. The group continues to meet during the quarantine with the goal of sharing Concept practices with public schools. In order to define what kind of service they will provide, they will soon launch a platform to collect information about what public school teachers want to learn about. This way, Virtual School can reach everybody!
